                                                 Green is my favourite colour in room 5. It is a popular colour it can be bright and it can be dark.And it is the colour of trees,grass and bushes.Sixteen people likes the colour Red.

Why I like Music

I like music because the sound of the instruments is so cool. Also it is so fun to play. The most exciting instrument is trumpets and drums. My favourite instrument is drums because the sound is so cool and nice. First thing in music class, we might start off with singing, games or class band. But sometimes we start off with singing. We sing some songs that are high notes and some peoples songs. Then we do class band. We get to choose what instrument we want to play. Usually I pick drums but some of my classmates took over all of the drums.Then I choose guitar because I also think that instrument has a cool sound too. So I played it, and it was so so cool. My favourite singer is Bruno Mars because his songs are so so so nice and cool like the songs 'I wanna be a Billionaire' and his song 'Treasure.'

Swimming

Last week Room 5 went to swimming. When we got there our teacher Mr Gaffney told the boys to go into the tent and to wait for the girls to get out of the pool.

Then the boys went in. Before we went in we had to hang our towels on the gate.

After that the boys that went first were Alex then me. When we all got in Gillian the one that looks after the swimming pool told us to put our bums against the wall of the pool. After that we said "ok."

"All right. Let's get going instead of talking!"
The boys said "yes Gillian."
"Right let's get started."

First of all we had to swim from wall to wall, two at a time from edge to end. That was kind of hard for me.

Next we tried floating on our backs. Then one of the boys spoiled the game.His name is Motu. So we all had to get out of the pool.
